Black and white paper
Objective: Using cut and paste techniques, create compositions exploring lines. One will be only curved lines, one only diagonal lines, and one using all line types.

I creating thumbnail sketches, inspired by shapes I observed in the environment. Once I had a refined design, I traced it onto the black paper using a lightbox. I then cut out each piece with an x-acto knife and assembled them on a white background using rubber cement.
Once the designs were complete, I scanned them in and uploaded them to Adobe Illustrator so I could convert them into black and white vectors you see here.
